Which should I play..Golf?

Im taking a customer to Whistling Straits on the 20th. This is where the PGA Championship is being held this August.

Which course should I play?

http://www.destinationkohler.com/ws/straits.html

or

http://www.destinationkohler.com/ws/irish.html

Both look amazing! ! ! ! Im already feeling sorry for the caddy chasing me around the course!

I'd say Whistling Straits, that way in August you can turn on the TV and say "oh yeah, I remember that hole." Then take another day and play the River Course.

Done all the Koehler courses multiple times.

If you want to blow him away, go with WS. It is simply one of the best if not the best links courses in the world. Period. IC is very nice and isn't as brutal. I think you sould try to double up on WS and the River course.

BTW, isn't it a little late to be getting tee times for the 20th for either course? Oh, bring lots of balls if you are not a straight hitter and don't even think about the tips.

I recommend the Nike TA2s. They are absolutely spectacular balls, and not as expensive as the Pro Vs.

P.S. I am still free that day.

I'd do it to play at a course like that. I love golf, ask Chills.

Well I can make you nuts. I'm flying to Ireland for R&R next week. I just might have a little golf in the homeland set up...

The first time I was there, one of the boys shot a 74. We played one up from the tips. I never saw someone swear so much while shooting out of his mind. That is one tough course. I still think River is harder.

Old man Koehler got Pete Dye to build 4 courses up there over the years. WS and IC are relatively new. The older 2 are in the town of Koehler. The River and The Meadows. These are traditional Pete Dye courses, although The Meadows isn't anywhere near as brutal. The River spends much more of it's time running around the river. Go figure. There is a hole named "Made in Heaven" it's one of the best holes in golf. Brutal, but awesome. The Women's US Open was held there a while ago and it ate the pros alive. Any mistake killed you. They won't go back.
