Looks likes some areas are in for some bad storms tonight. I jus seen it's in Dekalb heading towards Elgin.

Becareful people.

I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin', and hook up with them later!!

There are showers all over, but the strongest is a Thunderstorm that just left DeKalb and is heading toward the I-355/I-94 intersection area. So far no tornadic activity has been spotted, but I'll keep everyone updated until I go home tonight.

Crap, that just changed... Tornado Warning for Kane County. Expect counties east of Kane to be under a Warning soon.

The good news is that after this last batch of storms passes we should be clear for the rest of the night.

The Tornado Warning for Kane County has been cancelled.

Anyone up for a late night ride?

Cool, man. BWA said he's up for a ride if he gets his tire on. I'm up for anything. I'd like to head out west. I live a block from IL59 and N. Aurora Rd. Where would you like to meet?

We're gonna ride until 3am and then cruise over to your place and rev are engines outside your bedroom window See ya soon! Come on Ernie, ya old man, just pop a Vivarin or a Viagra, then hop on your bike and meet us.

Rain has stopped and it looks like the roads are drying up. You guys still game? I know I am.

On a lighter note I did find my phone about a mile down the road in pieces.....put it back together and it still works

Sorry you couldn't make it PJ. Bwa told us the story. I can't believe you found it, and I can't believe it worked after putting back together The ride was a short one, only about 1 hour before we turned around a headed back to the meeting spot. There was some cool ass steam/fog coming up from the wet roads. Made for a wicked ride.

I'm still drying out from yesterday's afternoon ride. PJ was the phone a Noika? I once found a Noika phone on Golf Road by Roselle, It had been run over several times or more, put my battery in the phone, phoned the guy at his home, from his phone.

Sometimes goodbye is your second chance.

BWA, WSE, Ernie, good ride guys. I wish I would have known about those roads last year. They are much better than the ones I go out riding. That was a good pace, too WSE.

PJ, sorry you didn't make it, but I'm glad you found your phone and its still working. Tonight is Strats, so I'd better see you there!

Those storms were gorgeous -- I sat on I-90 just marveling at the sky about to crack wide open...There were about a million colors up there broken up with flashes of lighteneing...I didn't even care that I was stuck in traffic.
