The convictions will be erased from his record if he complies with terms of the sentence.
What's the point of a conviction then??

Well, at least the punishment fit the crime. It really is no big deal to kill someone. 100 days is mabye even a little harsh considering the fine of a whopping $5k.

WHAT COMPLETE BULL SCHITT!!!!!! THAT IS THE MOST B.S. SENTENCE I HAVE EVER HEARD OF. THE GUY KILLED ANOTHER MAN BECAUSE OF HIS ACTIONS AND DISREGARD FOR POSTED CONTROL DEVICES. SOMEONE IS DEAD AND HE DOES 3 MONTHS IN JAIL AND WILL SHOW NO RECORD OF THIS WRONGDOING AFTER 3 YEARS.

PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bang of a clutch, the clang of a
cog. My symphony of destruction.

wtf, 100 days, away from inmates that could possibly give him a good cornhollin', or kill him, and they call that jail time?

I woudln't be surprised if he had "unwelcomed visitors" at his house.

It's a shame the fallen rider wasn't a 1%-er. This could have taken care of itself months ago. I hope Jankoff learns the true meaning of "Karma" sometime soon.
