Emergency contact information (just incase ya never know)

Can everyone do me a favor (more so yourself and loved ones) PLEASE take 1 minute and right down (incase of emergency card) to who someone should contact if your allergic to something, home address, anything you can think of that will help YOU and your family to find you incase of a accident.

Accidents can happened at anytime no matter what's going on.

It sucks ASS when your trying to call all over, trying to remember where someone lived or don't even know how to contact your family to get down there.
Its for the best interest for yourself.
Just put on something and keep it where you keep your license.

thanks

Good Idea. I am going to make a form for people to fill out. I'll post it here later today. Anyone who wants can fill it out and email it to me. I will print it out and laminate it and give it to you at the BBQ on Sat. If you cant make it I will give it to someone else who will see you.

Yes.....I agree.

I found the link and they're free.

http://www.cyclegadgets.com/Products/EIT/

It would be better if someone has lamination capabilities. We could make something the size of a drivers license and just keep them in our wallet.

crap .. i used to have it .. i got my card awhile ago and must have trashed the link .. those things were hit or miss anyway .. i read a lot of reports semi-recently that a bunch of people were getting theirs with all kinds of wrong info on them. easier just to print it at work.

i'm probably going to start wearing my dog tags again .. if i can find them
everyone who got the wrong info mailed to them got a correction in the mail soon after. We didn't even have to contact them. They new they messed them up.

I keep my information in my trunk compartment....I had no problems with that free site. They did send out a notice that they screwed up a few names and info, but mine was all good.
