Here ya go. If ya fill out this info card, I will make a laminated ID card for you to keep on the bike or in your posession. It will be approx 3x5 And will be supplied Free of Charge. Fill out the form and email it back to me and I will take care of the rest. I will have them done for delivery by August 10 at the picnic.

ok i am an idiot savant

i cant open it if i click on it..it ask to save to disk...so i did that in my downlaod file , didnt work, i clicked on it again and picked open from current location, didnt work....it keeps poping up a window to ask..WHAT i want to open it with like i have to pick some kind of program file it worls with?

any ideas?

nevermind...fiqured it out.....winzip icon was on desktop...but somehow lost the program associated with it....just reinstalled winzip...

I basically copied the Cycle Gadgets Info Tag. so the front hase the name, address, and medical info. The back has the contact info. If you dont fill it up with a ton of phone numbers, there is room on the back for an update sticker later.
