Finally I'm home

I was released from the rehab unit in Madison yesterday afternoon. I'm pretty well stuck at home for awhile until the bones heal, but it's much better than being stuck at the hospital.

Hey pitbull76, I don't think we have met (maybe once), but I just wanted to let you know I hope things are going ok. After witnessing Chuckie's accident and knowing the level of pain he is in, you must be in a world of hurt. Stay positive. Stay strong. Looks like you have a longer road to recovery than Chuckie, so I can empathize with your situation. It's great to hear you are able to go home and get back to a some what normal life. Eat well, sleep well, and stay in good spirits.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

Welcome home! Rest up and heal quickly so you can get out and start riding again.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

Yeah, typing with 1 hand is a pain. I can somewhat use both hands to type now because it doesn't put wieght on the wrist, but I was typing with just one hand for quite some time. Good luck in your recovery as well.

My pain is actually not too bad these days. It just sucks not being able to do everything I'm used to. Anyway, I'm really glad to be home and know that my recovery is going well.
