Can anyone recommend a tattoo shop in the NW burbs? I'm looking to get some new ink done.

Vanity is cool, but pricey. I like Rhino's on Rt. 31 in Elgin. They were decent prices and good work. There was another really good shop in downtown Elgin (name escapes me) I think they were on Rt. 19 - we had a buddy tattoo'ed for his birthday and they did a great job.

Got mine at the Lucky Seven studio in Libertyville. On rt 134 just east of the DMV on the south side of the road! Happy as the dickens with mine espically with the detail I got in it!

Ciao,

The gal who opened Lucky 7 did one of mine several years ago.

George at Jade Dragon did a great job finishing my "garden"... but that's not in the 'burbs.

I'm one to drive for good needle work. I HIGHLY recommend Larry Brogan at Tattoo City in Lockport. He's won many awards and isn't pricey if you want something that is somewhat artistic.

Check his website out...you can see a lot of his work online.

Another vote for Rhino's in Elgin. He did mine (see my avatar) and I'll go back in the future again.

There is a Rising Phoenix off Butterfield near the Walmart, but I avoided it after going twice to check the place out and getting nothing but attitude when I showed them a design I wanted.
