Update on my injuries.

Well i went to the doctor today and had some more xrays done. And it turns out i need surgery NOW. So i'm all set up for friday morning to go in for surgery, i was told it will be a 3 hr surgery and is a pretty big deal. Basically a piece of bone broke off that was attached to my shoulder muscle and pulled the bone up when it broke. So it needs to be brought back down and screwed back into place to heal. Also the doctor said while hes in there he will repair the rotator cuff thats torn. He said i will never have 100% of the movement i had before the accident, but it will be much better than it is now.

I'm told i will be there for a few days, go in friday, come out sunday/monday. The hospital is Rush Copley *sp* its on ogden ave just east of route 30. i'm thinking its in Aurora.

i'll post up more details as i find them out.

yeah, that's in Aurora. You're gonna get through this just fine.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

he already warned me about that. he said he will take it easy on me the first 10 days then its hard core PT to get my movement back into my shoulder/arm

Good luck on the surgery. PT can be a pain, but it definitely helps.

God damn...stuff like this stuff scares the crap out of me. Sometimes I think maybe just a dedicated track bike would be a good idea and never ride on the street. So many other drivers just don't pay attention out there

Hope your surgery goes well.
