I'm throwing a party. Help!

I'm going to be putting together a bachelor party for a friend of mine up in the Chicgo area. I'm not from there and could use some suggestions for places to go and stuff to do.

I know that we'll need some relatively tame stuff for the early evening. But as the night progresses the group will end up smaller and more wild. So wild and crazy suggestions are also welcome.

I'm guessing the group will end up around 15-20 at the begining. By the end it will probably be fewer than 10. I imagine no one would want to spend much more than $200 total -- so renting Wrigley Field is out of the question.

Help me out and throw some ideas my way.

I was not making fun of you personally; I was heaping scorn on an inexcusably silly idea -- a practice I will always follow.

a wild evening should always end at a place like exit, look it up on metro mix. It's a interesting place. But since this is a bachlor party, it's a tough call. I would probably end the evening at a hotel room with strippers, only proper way to end a bachlor party. A good start would probably be a decent night club. You could check out Crobar or Zentra. I would also consider getting a table at a place like Rive Gouche, shouldn't be expensive and getting drinks for a while there, pretty tame but on a nice evening, there is some nice eye candy, not as good as crobar but at the same time crobar costs about $75 a person for a table, if you are interested in a table there, I could probably hook you up with the right person, at Rive I think you just have to call the office during normal business hours. Just a few suggestions
