That sums it up.

I can't believe it. And did you see if they deem it federal jurisdiction than the family can't sue for punitive damages? This so so incredibly fucked up.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.

If that guy ran over my dad or brother, I would find him and beat him to death with a forktube.

Senators and Representatives can do crazy things and get away with it. Senator Peter Fitzgerald's wife of IL blew a red light and T-boned my friend a few years ago. My friend didn't get hurt, but his truck was totalled. He was also by himself, and the senator's wife had a friend with her, so they both made up some sort of story for the cop. So the cop managed to write my friend a ticket for failure to yield, even though he was going straight through a green light, and got T-boned by the wife blowing the red light. My friend tried to fight it, but got absolutely nowhere.

I can't describe what I'd do to that guy if he killed a relative of mine....the legal system has failed in this situation terribly.

It's the people of this country and the lawyers who have no problem defending them. This is really messed up though, some people make me sick.

Well, local taxpayer have no one else to blame but them self. Maybe it will be a good lesson for others. I hope this family sues and wins for millions. It seams in our wonderful contry the only way people learn are when their wallet get fucked. Until then we do shit.

As for this a hole. Well, lets just say that mirracles do happen. Not right of way, but they do.

I'm no fan of Martha Stewart, but help me understand how she gets 5months and this @#$wad is out after about 3 and SOMEONE IS DEAD. Makes me sick...

We cannot defend freedom abroad by deserting it at home.

We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. When the loyal opposition dies, I think the soul of America dies with it.

Dude, are you kidding me? That schmuk paid his taxes on time and did not cheated our goverment, that what makes it ok for him to kill and be out in 3 month.

This was the first thing that I learned when I landed on the shores of US. If you kill you will do less time then if you don't pay taxes. Let's just say I have been paying my taxes on time ever since

Now that's fucked up... just heard about that movie today for the first time, and watched half of it (they were just getting the weapon hook-up) on my ride to the airport... but yeah, I totally agree.
