traffic sucks!

So normally it takes be about 50 minutes to get to work in the morning (glenview to East Chicago, IN). The trip is like 45 miles and taking the skyway is usually not to bad.

Well I woke up feelin good today and the weather was nice so i said "hey, why not take the bike to work today". BAD IDEA. It took me an hour just to get down to ohio st. The entire trip was 1:45. I have clutch-hand like never before. What a pain in the arse. Although on second thought, i may have driven the cage off a bridge if i had to sit in that traffic for that long.

Did anybody else have an unusually long commute today? what gives?

I can see my house from my office, sorry

Style is the excuse used by those who have neither the nerve or the intelligence to live their own lives.

I have a long drive too.

I live close to that new Skyway exit that gets you on Indianapolis Blvd.

If I leave before 6:15am I can make it to work in an hour or else it's more.

On the way home its like an hour and twenty minutes.

I am going from the far south east side to Des Plaines.
