Thursday Night Fun - Southside

Has anyone ever heard of C.E. & M.E's on Route 45 just south of Frankfort? It's a landscaping place that has a "Bikers Free" party every Thursday night in the summer. Since it's a landscaping place it's really kinda nice. Ya know, brick walks, gazeebo's, flowers and such (if ya like that kinda stuff ). Last week I stopped there and got in for free just in time to find out that JR. Walker (Shotgun) and the Allstars were playing. THEN, I found out they were the opening band for the Temptations. (Papa was a rolling stone....Ball of Confusion....ya know ). Anyway what a great time, and I got in FREE. I do know they cut off the free part sometime during the evening but if you get there early you should be goood. Oh yea, this is a drinking and dancing place if you wish to participate. Just thought I'd clue youse guys in if ya didn't hear about it already.

For all you pimpin' kinda guys, I forgot to mention, the women outnumbered the men about 25 to 1 when I was there. I'm talkin' about a 21-40ish collection here. What some of my military buddies called a very target rich environment.

This is just a Public Service announcement.

Thank you, with odds like that I shall refer to you from now on as "Oh Great One".

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

Just want to make sure...does the place take kindly to sportbikes?
