Remembering 9/11/01

I want to say that I'm truely proud to be an American and live in the USA. We have it the best here and its good to stop and take a look before life passes us by. I want to tell everyone that I'll be thinking about all the people that were lost in the WTC 3 years ago. It brings a tear to my eye to think of the family and friends of so many people that were lost over this evil. I'd also like to give my props to all the troops that are over in the mid east and all the troops in general that serve and protect our country. Amen and RIP to the troops we have lost in the war in Iraq and the war against terror.

IN GOD WE TRUST!

Amen,

God Bless America!

Nice post Nick. I was thinking along the same line as I was coming into work. I think the best way to remember 9/11 properly is to say a silent prayer for all the victims and their families. Then have a great fun filled 'FREEDOM' day.

My brother went to Iraq, he doesn't talk about what he saw/did over there.

My moms birthday is 9/11... we don't celebrate it that day anymore.

great video tears of sorrow and pride

as much as we may hate the war in iraq we need to keep the fight on their soil and their lands and let their people know what we know that murder is a crime and that the USA punishes criminals- with a boot in their ass its the american way- thanks toby

I remember the shock of that day! I was on the phone with a friend who lives in NYC and watched the second plane hit, in such disbelief that, what kept running thru my mind was "WTF is ATC doing at LaGuardia?" Then having another friend call, who witnessed the plane hit the Pentagon! The finally realization that we are under attack, the frantic calls to my wife, trying to get a hold of her, thinking downtown Chicago might be a target also. And although I'm not an Amercian citizen (yet) the bastards had attacked MY home, and killed MY brothers and sisters. I will never forget that day, those innocent souls, the brave police officiers and firefighters that rescued thousands, sacrificing themselves to save others. Remember the young soldiers that are dying in some far off shit hole trying to prevent this from happening again. Next time you see a anti-war protester, let them know your feelings, and what you think of their bleeding heart liberal stance.

Wrap yourself in the flag today, think what it means to live in the greatest country in the world.

Remember!

Sometimes goodbye is your second chance.

It was a very sad day, and it might still is for lot of people. I feel sorrow and griff for the people that died that day and their family's. I also feel very proud and thankful for those who are in the harms way right now trying to prevent this from happening again in the future. Be safe out there.

My prayers and thoughts go out to all the victim's families, as well as our soldiers who continue to fight the war on terrorism.

It really makes you stop and appreciate all of the things you have, even the small things, that we all take for granted each and every day.

God Bless America!!!

i always wondered about those freedom protestors.

Did they forget about 9/11. And what do they expect us to do after 9/11 happened. Hold hands across america and hold hands with terrorists?

I remember when bush said "lets go to war". then people decided to protest. Its not vietnam. We got nailed just like pearl harbor.
