well seems KS is gonning back to his roots!!!!!

a sequal is in thre works to Clerks!!!!

after the downhill slide after Chasing Amy (loved mallrats and chasing amy) nice to see him go back to where it all started!!!

seems it will be Very Clerks like with randal (FINALLY BACK) dante and jay and SB. Black and white old school style!!!!!!!!!! (no Affleck!!!!!!!! yeah)

release date who knows but the news release was Aug 28, 2004 (seems it has been written but not filmed) so it seems we have to wait at least a year or more but it's coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Been hearing about this for awhile now. Very cool. Hope it's as original as the first one.

Anyone ever have the displeasure of seeing "Clerks" the cartoon? Yikes... Bet he wishes he could take that and Jersey Girl back.

He's still my favorite director though - no question.

I was excited to hear this too, as I can honestly say 'Clerks' is my all time favorite movie ever made.

But I was diappointed in the title. I always thought Kevin Smith as one of the very few 'original' directors left. Then I hear this "Passion of the Clerks" title?


Wow, making fun of Gibson's movie? Now that's original!



Actually it's tacky and unoriginal. Very unlike Smith. Hope he's not losing his touch.
