GPS's, best bang for the buck?

I swear I tried the search button ! I tried an aray of word searches but nothing came up. Any ideas on which GPS machine would be best? Doesn't need to be color or anything, and this would be for my Jeep, but if it could be attached to a motorcycle that would be a plus. Thanks in advance for any feedback

there are a few out there..Magellin is one(sp ?) I've been using Garmin products for a long time and Garmin Colormap on my bike for the last few years and like it. They have a newer series out as well. I can't comment on the others as I haven't used them.. as far as the pda ones I'm always wondering how they will hold up in the rain and rougher conditions on a bike.
