Today is just a taste of what's to come, this sucks. I don't like winter I have zero cold weather hobbies unless you count drinking but you can do that year 'round so I'm not sure that counts

Phoenix and it's suburbs are nice. 30 minutes to the mountains and twisty roads. Hot in the summer, warm in the winter. Very clean down there. Still affordable. I was impressed.

Love it!! CHI TOWN

Craze,

I just moved here from Tampa , Florida. I love it here. It is too damn hot down there, and the rain and storms constant. I love the people up here and the work ethic as well.

People in Florida are lazy, and they dont get along like up here, just the comoradery you guys up here have is awesome.

The towns and community are 100% better than in Florida, you people are great and get together for fun, common causes, events you name it it seems that , up here you pull together well.

Yeah it gets cold and snows, iIwould rather put on layers of clothes, and take them off to get comfortable, in Florida it is just palin hot and miserable, when you get down to boxers and a wife beater t-shirt and your still miserable you dont feel like doing SH**.

Visit yes, but live again, never!!!! And its flat and no twisteys..

Hell, i think it is gonna snap off anyway after a few more hurricanes.... The whole state is help together by plywood!!!

Actually, I'd like to move to Alaska. I got my vacation photos back and I'll post them this evening.

No thanks. I lived about 30 miles north of the Florida border in 'Bama and I hated it. The roads rocked, but I can't stand the heat. I love the cold. I'd sell my bikes and buy an airplane.

Craze, wow you like it hot huh! My sister just moved from Florida to South Carolina to Arizona, her fiance is the wide reciever coach for the Arizona Wildcats currently he was with Lou Holtz at USC and the BUCS prior. She likes Arizona as far as the scenery as you stated but the heat is unbelievable, she liked SCarolina over Fla & AZ. All that sand and dust too should make it hard to ride????

No, you got that all wrong. AZ's not all sand and dust. A lot of sand and dust, but not all. Lot's of nice riding there. Try Flagstaff or Sedona.

Ditto on the winter stuff except for guns and borrowing a friend's snowmobile. Other than that I'm kind of sick of ill-annoy. Yeah it's nice to see the colors change blah blah, but f-k that I'd rather come and visit to see that stuff. I like snowmobiling and all that, but my true love is riding. And right now I'm measuring my life in summers. So sick of all the "see you next year's", and "we gotta do some more riding next summer". Why does it always seem so far off? Probably cause it is.

Damn, if this is the way I'm feeling now I'm gonna be shitty come January. I know there's a few more rides left, with leaves and all kinds of crap on the cold ground *so much for traction*. But, basically, it's over. Gonna have a beer on the patio and toast the sky, say my farewell to another riding "season".

*sniff, sniff* i need some warmer climes too, all the good riding this year might drive me to drink this winter, gotta get a set of electric grips and a vest

vivid i'd vote OR over CO as well for living depending on the city

i may actually end up in texas when i go back to grad school lol

snowmobiles bite in this area imo, ya gotta drive to WI for actual steady snow and good trails or take it on the frozen river (for flatter than flat riding)

Yup yup, gotta go to the UP for anything decent. Pretty much anything North of Green Bay works too. If it comes down enough Jainesville is alright. Faaak!
