Cool POST: Rick's Party

Well I got there a little late and probably didn't meet as many members/people as I could have. But must give big props to the man that opened his home to friends and those he didn't know. This was great after going 2 days straight to the International Motorcycle Show. Disappointed with the aftermarket folks. This year for some odd reason had more cruiser booths than anything else. So couldn't really try on, touch or whatever any particular gear. Oh well. Sat on bikes and still happy I chose the Fazer!

CHILI WAS GOOD and glad I got there in time for that. That's what I was looking forward to. Very hearty and meaty with just the right amount of spices (FAAARRRRTTTT! Oh, pardon me lol). MMmmmm

Met some kool members (as usual) and Rick had no problem sharing his Faster dvd for all to watch on a great system!

Rick especially thanks for letting this wolf crash at your pad. I even appreciated the cool room. Woke up with that nice chill. Oh yeah! Makes the blood work! Had my cup of coffee, got better directions via rick than the Google map site gave me (bet it would've been worse with MapQuest though). Did 90-100 all the way home this morning and beat the rain with no sweat.

So those of you that didn't come - YOUR LOSS! lol Rick is kool peeps in my book.

Later!

Cool

We had a great time as always. THANKS again Rick for ANOTHER great party. Wish we could of stayed longer, but going on 3hrs of sleep just doesn't work to well.

Hope we can do this again next year and definetly looking forward to it.

Was nice to see everyone again and now can't wait until this weather breaks so we can all hook up for some great riding again this year.

I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin', and hook up with them later!!

Rick,

It was a great party! Thanks for being a gracious host. The food and drink were great. I really loved that chilli. Your house is beautiful, my wife loved it. You have some talent, that's for sure.

Thanks again!

Glad you guys had a great time It was nice meetiing new faces and catching up with the old! It always a pleasure to host a party with you folks Place is always spotless when it's over. I'll have to make more ribs next year, they were a huge hit! Anyone who arrived after 8:30 didn't get any. The wings and chili went well too. You peeps have to stop bringing booze to the party, I have WAY TOO MUCH left over, and we filled a 100 gallon green recycle bin with empties! This party just gets better every year

Rick,

Thanks again for putting this party together As usual, everything was excellent! It was good meeting ChicagoFactory and his wife and a few others for the first time as well! Events like this make group rides a lot more fun!

Did you see that?!

I don't have a pic. I just have witnesses. lol I rode to the Motorcycle show (went Friday and Saturday) then to the party. Rick let a wolf crash there and then I rode home the next morning. I'm in Chi so very good for my blood and the carbs on the bike!

I'll ride anytime as long as their is a hole in the sky!

I also have witnesses. I rode to Rick's place earlier on Saturday and made almost 100 miles. It was getting cold when I left but for sure it made my day. I also arrived at the party late around 1130 and yet the house was still full. Thanks Rick for having us and for saving some chilli for me, the food was great, my stomack loved it my ass hated it, but that is a different story.....
Nice seeing again some of you and meeting the most of you for the first time.

Thanks again Rick.

So that was your bike sitting in the driveway? Brrrr, it was looking pretty cold when I split at 2.
