you didnt read a while ago about someguy who was ticketed for 205? on an rc51. complete bullshit since it couldnt go that fast with a fucking rocket attached, but thats what the cop wrote it up as. Timed him point to point in a plane.

Nope he wasnt doing 205. That bike physically cant do it unless it was being pushed by a Busa. That ws officer error with the stopwatch used to clock him.

An RC needs about 180HP to reach that speed. With mods it's possible...but you're talking serious motor work.... like AMA superbike type mods.

the whole sytem the cop used is so flawed it can be alot off or right on depending on his reaction times. but good luck getting any cop to get a good reaction time. this type of speed trap can not be used in Pennsylvania anymore do to a class action lawsuit. their argument was that not even NHRA pro's can have consitant enough reaction times to make it acurate.some good info on it here
