"The Hawk"

I'm just curious to see how many people know what this phrase means in Chicago. I'll mention "the hawk" and people will look at me like i'm retarded. So how many people know what it means.

How about this: "The wind is really out today" Easier to pronounce, it means what it means, etc......

The Hawk in Chicago means you got too much time on your hands, and I am dumb enough to answer.

+1. It's when the homeless start dying.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.
