Video Camera Question

Hey there everyone.

Does anyone own or know about the video cams that record using DVD discs instead of the video cassate?

Howl much time can be recorded on the DVD cams and howl is the quality?

If ya know please post up. If this is a past discussion and/or if you know a good link for the answers, post up as well.

Thanks in advance!

DVD cams SUCK! theres way to may problems with thems, you cant reuse the discs if they are -r if they are -rw then you can reuse them but they dont play on any dvd players lol ... there really not worth buying, on top of that they dont hold much data...i used to sell camcorders at CCity and i bought one to try it for my graduation sure enough we HATED the thing so we returned it... i have a mini dv cam now and i love the damn thing i just make movies on my computer
