Can anyone recommend a low cost Real Estate Agent/Broker?

You know, someone that will list your property in the MLS, but at a reduced rate?

I've seen them charge a flat fee as well as a percentage (typically 1-2%, instead of the 3-4% some stealtors charge.)

Thanks

I tred the low cost ones John. flopped big time. The one I found that worked is www.imaginerealtygroup.com His rate is a flat rate and then you pay 2-2.4 to the buyers agent. Thats about as cheap as it gets and still get action from other agents. Im not sure if he specializes in the area I was or covers a larger area. Jim Hamilton is his name-aggressive guy. Ihated him when I first met him but the guy sold our house in 2 weeks. I learned to like him
DO NOT do the buyowner way of selling, its a train wreck
