No more Chewabaca defense

Johnnie Cochran died today. Didn't want to upset Loki by posting in his thread but I couldn't resist starting another. I hope that people can remember the time I got made fun of on South Park when I die.

My name is JB, people call me JB

sniff, sniff, sniff (tail waggin')

I'm kool bro.

I love South Park! Nobody gets away from South Park. Still, if this was an episode from SP with JC, I straight up missed it. I'm sure it was funny though. I'm hitting the net now to see what I can find.
That show is before it's time, just like the Simpsons.

Loki, the SP episode was Season 2 episode 214 "Chef Aid".

Chef is getting sued by Capitalist Records for trying to obtain the rights to a song he wrote twenty years ago. He needs 2 million dollars to hire Johnny Cochran. In response the boys round up all of Chef's old musician friends and organize a huge concert to raise the cash.

i still dont get why some one is making fun of the guy that just died, unless it was in good humor to honor him!, not insult him at his death?

i dont watch south park much, nor do i want to start now.

Well I feel you on this. But howl I see it was like an SNL skit on Frankie Sinotra. Or even Sammy D. Jr. I'm in some weird place with all this now anyways. I snapped before and just trying to stay mellow.
With blacks it's always aboujt race. We look at things like some kind of police. Making sure nobody crosses some invisible line. JC has died and I personally don't feel it mocking him so much as enjoying memories while he was here. Now, I saw that episode (barely remember it) and it was making fun of JC, the court system and society in general. South Park only gets props because they exclude no one. Hence race, creed, gender, handicapped, p.c. whatever, even aliens get the shaft.
That's all. No more, no less.

Wasn't the Chewbacca defense "If wookies don't live on Endor, then you must acquit!"? It was a joke on his "If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit" speech from the OJ trial.
