Who needs a CD player, I have my computer connected directly to my receiver thanks to the optical output on my sound card. Using a playlist is a lot cooler than waiting for a CD to swap and I rip all my music using lossless methods too so it's the same quality

All you guys have me beat - I have my MP3 player hooked up to some old PC speakers balancing on a tire - no joke!

Having an old PC is where it's at - can hold a mess of music AND it's handy to check parts diagrams on the internet. Oh yeah - and easy access to CLSB.
