Its not coming from the phone book. that information came stright from your bank, some of my address's are not places I've lived but places where my only connection was being tied to the bank accounts for the business that were there.

If you had your identity stolen, would any entries/addresses used by the perp show up? The site is showing several adddresses that are not and were not mine. I was certain I was the only person with my full name.

Like Tony said, this seems to be a banking DB, either purchased or stolen... who knows. It is not accurate, and it is at least a year old. I would not worry about anything being wrong there.
