No huggin'!

I got a tattoo all over my back. No wait, that's not the same as candle wax is it? You think I'm in trouble?

I can't wait to see this on Belmont here in the city. I bet it happens!

I used to have a corset up my lower back, and have (and have had) various other surface piercings.

Cool pics Loki!

No Sh*t?! Have any pics to share? And howl long ago did you do this?

I figure it like this, it's an alteration to the body. Just like nipple piercing and even tattoos. If you weren't born with it then it's altered. So this is just another platuea to see what the body can be turned into.

surface piercings like this are likely to migrate and scar though. I'm guessing this is fairly temporary.

Cool pics Loki!

That's awesome!

I'm feeling the urge to get something crazy done and have been talking to a piercer I know, kinda leaving it up to him to decide. I want to get my back pierced along my spine from neck to ass pierced! I have 14 and love everyone of them!

Now I'm really feeling the urge to get pierced!

I agree, I had the back of my neck pierced for about a year and it was pushing itself out. I loved it and it looked hot becuase I had shorter hair back then. I'd do it to say I did it, but your right not ment to be there for a long time.

I might be able to dig up a pic. It looked almost exactly like the last pic you posted, but a little bit lower down. I had it done when I was 18, and only kept it for a month (max amount of time that I could with out scaring). It was actually kinda neat. I wore backless shirts that entire month, and so many people stopped me to say how good it looked. (I figured I would have gotten hell for it.)

Blueberry,
Im down to one piercing now a 6G (soon to be 4G) in my tongue. But Im getting alot more soon. Im feeling the urge too.

Piercings and tattoos are so addictive! I thought I was done with tattoos for a while and then I went to a tattoo shop and got all jealous that I wasn't getting tattooed so now I have to beginnings of a pretty big back piece. Never thought I would go that big either, but I'm glad I did. I just started it and I can't wait until my next appt. to get more done!

I'm actually running out a places to pierce so I'm going to need to get more surface piercings when I find something I really want to do!

The only piercing I want is the one I have - in my ear

Ok, the piercing I don't want to do. I'm promise I'm not trying to offend those with them but I felt it was more a feminine thing. Sure, guys have them, but then sorry again if I'm offending, I thought they might've been gay or something.

Still, no matter what I found those pics interesting. Shocking first, then interesting. Hey, if I can have some big ol tat on my back then someone can loop themselves up. It's all fun. Especially at the Taste of Chicago.

Taste of Chicago & Surface piercings - yikes!

anybody else wear a pager or phone on their belt and bump into all sorts of shit that they think they never will (door frame, desk, cabinet, etc.)? the thought of something like this getting snagged on somebody's jacket zipper or some other object in a crowd makes me cringe. I'm a weenie though, I cringe when I see big earrings on a woman. It doesn't matter how cool or sexy it looks...I'm always thinking about an ear part flying off if/when it gets snagged on something

I had a bracelet piercing on my wrist. I was always snagging it when I put my seatbelt on. It hurt bad when it was fresh, but when it started to heal, it didnt hurt as bad. Just felt like a tug. I probably wouldnt get that piercing again though, it would probably snag pretty bad on my leathers.

I guess I'm just an old married crank, because I don't see any apeal in that.

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.

This is pretty old though, I've seen a bit of it. I dated a goth chick once Go to bmezine.com for even crazier stuff.

Used to be a crusty gutter-looking punk before I cleaned up, so it was just interest in mutilating my outstanding natural gorgeous charm. I put safety pins up and down my ears, pierced my nose, eyebrow, anything. I eventually took it out because getting in the odd scrap living in a shitty neighborhood left me wondering what it felt like to have piercings ripped out.

Well, I grew up with a STONGLY Catholic grandmother. All I ever heard was that my body belonged to god. I think that part of the reason I do it is to kind of stake my claim on my own body, hahaha.

I am also stubbornly independent, and my dad is crushingly domineering. Its a fight that has been going on my whole life. Piercing is one of the ways I rebel.

Ok, didnt know if you really wanted the whole psycological thing there, so...

I just like the pain.
