There's a place not too far from where I live, outside Toledo, Ohio, which has become a shrine. Tons of folks visit every year. My neighbor told me about it but, I haven't been there to see it yet. I'll have to take some pics and post 'em.

I have to say that that is quite a stretch. Looks like a salt stain or limestone build-up to me.

Special Appearances

This is all right by where I live. Yeah, I saw it. I pass that spot all the time. I mean no disrespect to the religions but it's a joke, that water spot is. C'mon. I guess hope comes in all forms.

Funny, all the attention on a water spot that's been there for YEARS gets all the attention while just across the street from the holy vision, homeless lie.

Ok, back to the program already in progress.

I think they need to fix the crack in that foundation before it causes more serious problems.

That's a tragically good point. It's often easier to look beyond the things that immediately challenge us to the things we expect to redeem us from our challenges.

I was thinking about going there in the middle of the night and spray painting it black so noone can see it anymore. That would definetly be in the news.

Be carefull not to get hit by a car while doing it, cause you'd take the express shuttle straight to H-E-double toothpicks.

She's the Mother of God... why would she talk through a cheese sandwich and a water leak? Is modern communication THAT confusing? She's got the budget -- when she talks, you'll know.

That would be a great challenge. There have been cops (and spectators) there all times of the day and night. The city's tax dollars going to good use.

You might get jumped and a bunch of candles poured on you. Wait, hot candle wax is kool!

I thought the grilled cheese sandwich took care of that.

Ggrrrrr

Ok, this is so frustrating! I live over here and they've blocked off Fullerton eastbound because of this crap! It made me late to work this morning cause they're out there as if a damn viaduct is some sort of Mecca!

IT'S A FREAKIN' WATER STAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEEN THERE FOR YEARS AND WILL BE THERE FOR MORE UNTIL THEY EITHER PAINT IT OR COVER IT UP IN REPAIR WITH MORE CEMENT!

WTF has this world come too?!
