To smoke the tire or not to smoke the tire

Well the new tires need to go on soon and I wanted to smoke the old ones but my wife won't let me do it on the street infront of the house. I don't want to do it anywhere else cause I don't want to be stuck somewhere if it blows. what do you think I should do.

so she doesn't want you to do it on the street in the front of your house so you got two options then....
1. do it in front of your neighbor's house.

2. if you have any kind of concrete stoop in your backyard, do it there!

also, its not "if it blows".....it's "when it blows" (insert :burnout smiley here)

I don't want to piss off neighbors. I was thinking get someone with a truck that could come video tape it and haul the bike home if need be but I gotta do it by the end of the week, so the weather may not cooperate for me anyway and it's kind of short notice to get someone with a truck.

I could use a smiley face in front of my house. Change your tire in my garage while the cops search the neighborhood.

We'll see, so far it doesn't look like the weather is going to cooperate with me anyway

First of all cant wait to see the tape, hope ya post it up here.
Second wait untill the wife is gone then do it in front of the house but leave two strips and try make them look like a car did it so you can blame it on "some young punk".

See those burnouts would be lame. I'm thinking more of getting to the side of the bike making a smilie and then a couple of fingers Then I want to spin it through a few gears and make a huge smoke cloud. If i still have some tire left I want to attemp some rolling doughnuts. Unfortunately the weather doesn't look like it's going to cooperate, and I'd rather get these new ones on so I can go on the longer rides again before the year is over.

well, in one sense, you're probably better off not burning it. it would be a bitch to get all of the rubber off of your undertail and sprocket, etc.

Face and Fingers perfect but since you started the tease you MUST tape the whole thing! For a really good smoke try just a little bleach on the ground and really send some smoke signals!

If you are gonna smoke dont forget a working lighter right Ken?
