We used to watch it more, but it just got kind of too politically correct.

I still like to watch the short tracks and we are still planning on a Bristol trip in August but thats about it.

I've got the need.....

I wish Ward Burton had a ride though. He sounds just like Boomhauer from King of the Hill.

im a nascar fan, but im too busy to keep up with it And im not too obsessed.

I still want to go watch a few races again. And in the future i plan on attending richard petty school. Only so i can drive a nascar.

for the nascar fans. I noticed in the old nascar races maybe the 80s. There were some tracks that were like road courses. They did right and left turns. I dont recall seeing the same track in todays nascar.

I'm a big NASCAR fan... went to Bristol in March...going to Chicagoland in July...Brickyard in August...Atlanta in the Fall. Wish AJ the best this season...good to see an Illinois boy (Galesburg I do believe) in the series.

Go 38, 88, 12!!!

Shiny side up, rubber side down.

Galesburg indeed, his brother races as well, he races for Brewco Motorsports with Greg Biffle. I really don't like Nascar all that much (but it is growing on me) and I do blame AJ for being in it, because now I have to keep up on it.

Ever been to Galesburg-armpit of Illinois?
