Video Edit - HELP WANTED... mpg 2 DVD!

Do you know of a program to convert MPG(2) to a burnable DVD format via NERO or - whatever?

I have DVD-Decrypter and DVD-Shrink but they are only good for manipulating DVD's into DVD's. Any help is appreciated...

PS - I pulled video off my Canon (ZR90) DV Cam / edited it in Pinnacle Studio 8 (supplied with my ATI / AIW 9800 Pro). I saved it as DVD quality mpg's. I got some variety of DVD burning software w/ my AIW card, but I have used NERO for years and it has no conversion option that I can find.

I will probably just install the supplied software and give it a shot... I got the 9800 for gaming & the AIW version for the DVR functions... it is SCHWEET...

I use TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 to create DVDs. It can create menus and chapters. NeroVision Express can also convert mpg to DVD. It might have come with your version of Nero. If you need help finding one of these programs PM me.

I have Pinnacle Studio 8 and thought it burns the vids you edit to DVD?

Start a new project and import the Mpg2 files then burn to DVD, the program will convert them to the DVD format.

Hey - thx for the replies!
I'm gonna' have a look at - http://www.videohelp.com

I've used TMPG - forgot about that one! New version does more now too!

Spine - I was wrong... I actually used muVee AutoProducer to take 6 hours of DV and "auto splice" the boring stuff out... I hope... I still have the original 6 hours of DV - that I am jacking around with in Pinnacle - but I ran it through muVee so it would make 6 hours fit on one DVD for me to look at in my Lazy-Boy on the big screen...

Anyway - muVee only made a mpg file and I thought muVee it would do more - it's an older version and at the end it tells you to open your DVD burning software to create your DVD... I have Nero 5.5, so maybe I need to upgrade both eventually - or - for now - I can just take the muVee mpg into Pinnacle and burn it...

I'm glad this is FUN for me and not a big PITA...
If I get any good video I will post a link.

Thanks again for the replies...
Keep 'em coming if you want to add anything!
