I wonder if they took into account population, and also if they tested from all areas of the state. Chicago has some very bad drivers that could certainly tip the score. Besides, I bet IL has more soccer moms than NM!

Wisconson ranked 8th highest???

(With the exception of the Wisc riders on this site ), those left lane hogging cheeseheads are among the worst drivers in the country. let's see, get in the left lane and go 1 mph under the speed limit. Man, that drives me crazy...
