Should I bite?

ok, some of your guys know that I am betraying the Suzuki family and going to purchase a Honda pretty soon. Saw an ad today about an 02 CBR and he is asking $3750 for it, so I e-mailed the guy and here is the respond:

"Hello,
I want to sell this bike fast because right now I am in Italy like you know
because i am in divorce with my wife and i need money urgently. So if you are
interested contact me soon because i still have the bike and all shipping taxes
are included in price..The bike is in imaculate condition,no damage or
defects, it looks just the way showed by my presentation. It hasn`t been dropped or laid down period. It doesn`t need any repairs or paint work. All the manuals and the original documents are in English. It is made for US market and has US specs on it .The buyer will receive this along with all papers and recipts that he needs to register it in his name.He will receive the TITLE,keys, owner manual...It has a Clear Title and it is in Showroom Condition and it have only1220 miles.
Reply me soon
Regards"

What do you guys think ? My scam siren is on full alert.

The NADA book says a 2002 cbr600 in average condition has a retail value of $5180.00 I know you are familiar with the saying "if the price is to good to be true"

I knew I smell scam. Sad thing is this "bike" is listed on a local trader magazine.
Buying a Honda would be so much easier if it "DEPRECIATES". DAMN HONDAS

I know for a fact this is a scam. I saw pratcially the same description on another bike a long time ago. Lemme guess, the bike is in Italy right now? Over seas ebay people do shit like this all the time and have ventured into other areas as well where they setup elaborate schemes to screw people.

*FLASHING RED LIGHTS* Guaranteed scam! I almost got suckered by someone like that 3 years ago on my first bike. He was in Europe vacationing with his family. He said I could send him a deposit Western Union to hold the bike ...... luckly Western Union knew this scam wouldn't let me send the money online until I called in to verify and the lady who I talked to was awesome and explained the whole scam!

Damn all those people out there

Here is the another sample

The bike is in a great condition and has a clean and clear title and you will not have any problems when you will register the bike onto your name. What I need to tell you is that I'm out of the country for the moment I'm in UK with some business problems and I don't know how much time it will take me to solve this problems. If you want to have a deal will make this by a third party company(TNT).If you are interested please email me ASAP.I will let you know how we can close this transaction.TNT is a service that insures that the tranzactions made are sure for both of us.I think this is safe for us.I need only your full name and address and I will go to the TNT to put the package. After that you will receive an email from TNT and they will let you know what you have to do... The TNT service that will deliver the bike to your door. After you will receive the bike you will have 5 days to test it and if you are not happy with the bike you will receive your money back.

They really pissing me off.

Here is another scam alert: JUST FYI: 04 Navigator for 8K

This was the email I got

Hello sorry for the delay,

The Lincoln Navigator is in a perfect condition. It's a great car, my girlfriend is devastated that we have to sell it but we have to pay too much money for register it here,so we decide to sell it. My company have relations in States and I worked there for 2 years.I has the oportunity to buy it from there and bring it with me when I was back. The car was buyed from US, so it is US standards,so stay cool it´s perfect compatibile to your standards and you will don´t have to pay more duty taxes on it.And this is an impediment for me to sell it here caus, first, we have a different standards and second will be very expensive for me to register it here.I have to pay an very expensive duty taxes. The price for this car is $8.000USD.
The car it is still register in States.
What other info. would you like on it?
It will be shipped from Athens,Greece and i will pay the shipping and insurance charges.I will do the arrangements for shipping from here.
The original receipt and all remainded warranty information packet with enrollment number is included for you. If necessary ever I will assist you in getting warranty help; most people just dump it on you with a useless warranty.
The payment will be done via secure pay which means that the third party will keep the money until you receive and inspect the car.
I will wait for your email to let me know if you are realy interested in knowing more details about the purchase.

Thanks!
