my f'n luck never f'n changes!!!!!

Last night Tony and took the wives mini golfing. Afterwards, we hit the batting cages. I half swung on a bad pitch from the machine and well my wrist snapped I went to the er this morning and got xrays. No break in the bone but when I roll my wrist something pops out of the side and it hurts bad. Doc thinks I tore a legament. So, I gotta go for an MRI next week. Until then I'm in a cast and a sling so it doesn't keep popping out.

Unfortunately, I don't know when or if I'll be able to ride again I'll have to wait and see if I need surgery yet or if they are just going to let it heal, and see what they say it'll be like after it heals. Until then I guess I'll see you guys around. Maybe at strats in the cage.

Ouch, sounds like ligament or cartalige damage! This kinda stuff can take longer to heal than broken bones (Ive been playing hockey since I was 6 so I gots lots o' experience), on the converse, it can also be pretty minor, just take it easy until the MRI so you dont do more damage......no beatin the bishop in the meantime!

Good luck with the diagnosis!

Welcome to "Life after 30".

You will have to give it time to heal. I hurt may hand when I slipped on ice while walking to the train station on Feb. 9. I just started getting back into working out last month. I've been sleeping with a wrist splint for the past 2 months.
