Grilling Pizza???

Mi fiance's sister and her boyfriend came over on Saturday, he is a chef in training and getting to be pretty good at it too. Well I have eaten Brick oven pizza before but never thought of doing them on the grill and let me tell you, besides deep dish Chicago style pizza this is some of the best pizza I have ever tasted. The flaver of the crust, the crispness... it was just awesome... anyone ever had pizza done this way before?

Some pics of the preparation Clickety Click

You have an open invitation to my house any time, just remember is a 5hr drive love to see you up here this summer. Thinking of a big BBQ some time in July, but you know how hard schedules can be, we'll see, Anna keeps on ignoring Michigan when making her rides.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

You should get up there, and no South H is a ways from here, I am about 2hr North of D-town in a town called Midland, one of the Tri-Cities (Midland-Saginaw-BayCity). We do have an airport LOL I think Chuck has actually been to it.

I just saw this post. I haven't been around the site much lately. I sold the bike late last year and I'm still waiting on getting a new one. I was thinking about moving back to Michigan but looks like I'll be staying here for a while longer.
