These guys are unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!! Just remember, I bought my bike from them.
There is a service bulletin from Aprilia to have my clutch MC replaced under warranty. There is an issue with air getting in. I go there to ask them to order the part, and Mark starts giving me a hard time about doing it. He tells me "why should I do the work, you have MCC do all the other service work, have them do it".
I explained that MCC has only done my 600 mile service check, and changed the map on my ECU for open pipes. Plus, MCC won't do the service bulletin work because I didn't buy the bike from them. That's another story.
I did ask him to change my ECU map, but they wanted $75, MCC only charged me $25. It's a 10-15 minute job at most. They're just downloading the new map from Aprilia into the ECU. All you need to do is remove the seat, and the connector is right there.
He then goes on and on about how hard it is to get paid from Aprilia on this type of work, blah, blah, blah. I said to him that shouldn't matter. I bought the bike here, and it's your obligation as the dealer to order the part and replace it under warranty. He then takes a phone call and turns away. I had to leave then, otherwise I would have said or done something to get me into trouble.
I will never, ever, go there for anything again. I hope nobody from this site ever go to them for anything. Not even a spark plug.
Remember, I bought my bike there. I spent $17,500.00!, and that's the service I get.
