The story didn't mention whether or not their internet was fixed.

Good story. I work for MCI, and a few years back, they started manadatory cpr training for field techs.

Thats excellent! In my book, that one on-time / just in time event makes up for all of the waiting I've every had to do for cable hook-up. On a side noted, has anyone here ever saved a life?

One of our guys has pulled people out of two rollover accidents on the loop around the city. He's received Hero awards from the City twice. I was the witness to a motorcycle accident about 13 years ago. I had a dispatcher calling 911 in less than ten seconds. Most of the guys in the industry have learned to get involved and it shows.
