I don't know who's more nuts

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20050617/.../cruise_holmes

Tom Cruise is absoutely bat-shit crazy. And Katie Holmes knocked herself down like 30 pegs in my book with her wacky-ass behavior.

Okay, I'm almost 30 and girls in their early 20's are still game for me, but at 45; she's half his age.

I like the last line of the article: "The former star of television's "Dawson's Creek" grew up with a poster of Cruise on her bedroom wall and has said she grew up wanting to marry him."

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

I was actually more concerned about all the Scientology stuff that's been popping up. I think I need to spend a little more time reading about it, as some things have been ridiculously interesting. (various levels of power and enlightenment, aliens walking amongst us, etc.)

I was all set to dismiss it as complete nonsense, then someone put it into perspective for me: "is it really that hard to believe that aliens were here 75million years ago - when you're so eager to believe that Noah filled an Ark with nearly a billion animals and sailed around for a month?"

...touche.

(and I was never in the Katie Holmes fan club. Tom C. on the other hand... )

Is this my cue to respond?

Katie Holmes is from Toledo, OH. That being said, best of luck to them

"For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, 'He has a demon.' The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, 'Here is a glutton and a drunkard..."

The first turn is the worst turn, between the left ear and the right one.

No Bill, we're all off the hook on this one. At least until I make a full blown conversion to L. Ron Hubbard.

A friend was reading his stuff back in 1985. I read it. Did it move me? Yeah, I went right to the fridge for a beer.
