How Do You Get On Bike Of The Week?

I have several questions on this topic,

- Who decides which bike is posted as member bike of the week?

- Is there a waiting list?

- Will a picture of a hot chick on my bike help?

- Is there any special compensation for this honor?

- Are there ever HD's on there?

-

Yeah, I could probably break one off faster if there was a hot chick......

Yes and yes...

Who makes a carbon crank case cover for your bike?

Also, keep an eye on the site below...They make some of the best carbon products you can buy!

i assume its for bling but it doenst offer much in the way of protection, I'm guessing much less than stock. for me that isnt an option. just my 2 cents.

If someone lowsides, a little extra motor work is the least of thier worries. You could just as easily bust right through an aluminum or magnesium one, there are a lot of things that can happen during a crash. If the bike starts to flip around after you have been dismounted, the whole thing could be turned into a big ball of shit. So then, it really doesn't make any difference whether you had a carbon case cover or not...

Anyway, I don't think anybody even sells them to the public, do they? I would think that is something that is made to order for factory race teams only.

they do sell them, i've seen a few though rare.

i've balled up a few bikes, and seen enough to know that a slight low side can eat through your case cover and dump all your oil in the gutter while leaving the rest of the bike perfectly rideable. it was just my 2 cents, i'd rather not make that process any easier.

Are they always pics with bikes alone? Or can they be on the track?

Looks like the RC is sold.

No big deal either way. I should get some pics of the MV.

traditionally its just been the bike, without the member. I've been considering changing this though, mostly to get some variety.

I have seen them on other bikes, you can have someone make anything custom if you pay them enough.. I was going for bling, not protection. The current case is too much contrast from the rest of the bike..
