m class driving sponsor...

Ok, finally getting a chance to go get my M class so I am legal. If there is anyone that would like to escort me down to the Elston DMV sometime on Thursday this week I would really appreciate it. I have the day off so anytime works, but I would prefer to get there sometime in the late morning to early afternoon. So anyone that would be interested that would be great. You can shoot me a PM or an email at [email protected]. Thanks, Jake

Well, I work somewhat near there (Roscoe and California) If you just need someone to show up with you, I can probably drive down at lunch, but I cant stick around.

How long does it normally take? I live like 5 minutes from the Elston DMV but I can't hang around there for hours and hours. If it is under 2 hours, I can sponsor you.

I think I just need someone to show up with me?? I don't think they have to stick around but am not sure. Even if someone could meet me there, last time I only had to wait about 25 minutes before my number was called but that was to take the written test. Don't know how many will be there taking the motorcycle driving portion of the test. If it starts to take a long time you could always jet out of there. I don't want to be a hassle to anyone, i am just ready to start riding on my own as well as at night. Enough with the parking lot riding!! Jake

Maoisn if you can do it just name a time and place to meet and I will be there. Thanks a lot!

Can you do some homework before I commit to this. Thursday will be a balmy 86+ degrees so the earlier the better.

Call up the Elston DMV and find out when they open and when they will being testing for M class licenses. Also, ask if you need a sponsor to be with you the entire time. Tell me what you find out and I'll see if it is in the cards.

Just an FYI, crazeinc and i both rode to a DMV without a sponsor, and no questions were ever asked.
