Vang found guilty on all counts.

More on the WI hunting murders....

Guilty of 6 counts of first deg homicide and 2 counst of attempted homicide.
Full story on the verdict here

BTW heres something that was said during the trial yesterday that ALOT of the newspapers didnt put in their story. He said 3 of them DESERVED TO DIE because one called him a name, another gave him the finger and the other one because he had a gun. Full story here

And since the other thread closed before I could answer someons question of "did he have a previous arrest", the answer is yes. He had a domestic violence on his record after threatening his wife with a pistol and hitting her with it. He's also had run ins in MN for tresspassing also but yet he had his own land in MN to hunt also.

Also they are looking into another hunter murder a few years ago since Vang fits the description and his vehicle matches teh description of a truck that was seen fleeing that area (witnesses reported seeing 3 asian men in a small black or dark blue japanese type pickup, Vang has a black nissan).

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

BTW lets not turn this into an anti anything thread. I've encountered Hmong hunters in the woods and everyone was very polite. Most were asking if this area was still public hunting.

Good. And those darn hunters! Why, if it weren't for them I wouldn't get some good deer jerky from my friends! Woot! Hehehe

Perhaps Bambi was whacked the wrong way and the venison was spoiled

It's all in the preperation.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.

Exactly. And harvesting the smaller ones helps too (as long as they're out of spots). Corn-fed button bucks make fork-tender roasts, juicy steaks and are tasty as hell!
