Talking My almost new bike

Even though it's a 2002, I still think it's young enough to qualify as a "new" bike. Before I picked this one up on Monday I did my share of searching, ending up with the cleanest late model fuel injected 600cc sportbike I could find. It's perfectly stock, has 4,3XX miles, and after a thorough detailing I have yet to find a single imperfection in the paint. Do you want to know the best part? It almost perfectly matches my helmets!

Lookin' good. Now you can come on out to Strats tonight.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

That one's a kid-kart, you wouldn't have much fun riding that. Just wait - in time I'll pull out our other 2 racing karts and post some pictures of them. I need to get them prepped for next season anyway. So, expect to see a write-up on how to rebuild a 2 stroke motor.

I found a bunch of bikes on craigslist.com. Slowly I weeded out the trash and narrowed it down to 1 bike off there, a bike or two off other forums and a few out of the motorcycle sales mags (boat & bike trader, cyclefocus, etc) I ended up with the one on craigslist.com because it was the cleanest. I'm the 2nd owner, whereas the first owner raced his Suzuki with CCS in the Expert Class and had no reason to hold onto 2 bikes. All in all, it was a good sale from some good people. That, and did I mention the thing's mint?

I stopped by Strats last weds. I noticed that I was one of two F4's, which I thought was weird... While I was there I ran into Nemesis, who ran off right away to go look at an F4i Trackbike and was never seen again. Who brought the RC51? I think I'm in love with that bike. By the end of the night I think I saw almost a million Hayabusas, though. What's up with that?
