Hooters in DT Chicago

so my cousin and me went for a cruise to lower wacker and then downtown before heading home and we were about to get back onto the highway over on ontario to head home and we see like a couple squad cars by the hooters and i see a few bikes, being nosey we go down franklin and turn on superior and go back down wells to see whats up...while passing by theres a tow truck, now about 5 squad cars and a police 4-wheeler that has about 8 bikes blocked in that are parked in front of hooters...no clue what happened but i didn't see any of the riders only the bikes and cops taking down their VINs... so anyone know whats up with that?? did it involve someone on here or someone they know??....by the way we witnessed this around 10:45pm or so....

i don't think so...one of the cops motioned us to go around one of the squad cars that was in the middle of the street so didn't get a good look at that but i saw a meter by the first bike farthest from the corner

They are cracking down on aftermarket exhausts especially in the DT area... might've had something to do with that.

I was sitting at the BP by the old RocknRoll McDonalds, and there was 2 bikes, 1 was a blue r6, not sure about the other, but he was doin wheelies down the north south street on the side of BP.. About 20 minutes later a CPD pulled up and asked where we were from. there was like 6 of us all with Indiana plates, and as soon as we said IN, he put the car in reverse to leave. Someone prolly called in on someone willying that had an IL plate.
