Favorite Cereal

So I'm sitting here eating my breakfast, and thinking man I LOVE my Berry Burst Cheerios! The strawberries taste SOOOOOO good! I also love Rice Krispies, Frosted Flakes, Honey Nut Cheerios, Frosted Cheerios....and the list goes on......ANYWAY what does everyone ELSE love?!?!

Weight Watchers Flakes n' Fiber. Good for lo carb, high fiber, doesn't taste like cardboard. I make my "power smoothie" with it.

Recipe

10oz of diet V8 Splash I use the tropical blend, 3g carbs, only 10 calories
2/3 cup of Flakes 'n Fiber, only 8g of net carbs, 90 calories
3/4 cup of Jewel's frozen deluxe mixed fruit, only 14 g of net carbs, 60 calories
1 multi vitamin with EGCG

liquifey all ingredients in a blender, instant breakfast Only 160 calories, high fiber, low fat

I like oatmeal with a 1/2 cup of metamucil. That way my stools are nice and loose.

I love Cinnamon Toast Crunch the best, but it's not part of my diet.

two kellogg brothers....one ate sugar'd flakes every morning, the other regular flakes. Both died in the same year in their 90's. Eat whatever the hell cereal you want, it's better than a lot of other things you could be eating for breakfast

I'm addicted to the new flavors of Frosted Mini Wheats. Maple Syrup and Vanilla. What ever happened to the cereal called "Just Right". I loved that stuff, good for you too.
