The Interview

Okay.... so yesterday went really well! I'm really excited and hope that they call me back. After the interview he took me over to their department and introduced me to the people that were still their, and then we sat down at his desk and he was showing me all their systems, and how they manage everything. I've never had an interview where they take me over to the department and start introducing me to the other employees.

The pay is awesome! I would be making about 10 g's more a yr! The building is huge and is REALLY nice. It was marble everything and it's gorgeous! The building has a huge pond right next to it, that I saw people jogging around. That would be nice to do during lunch. The guy who interviewed me would be my manager, he is a younger guy who started at the bottom and worked his way up. He's cool, he was telling me that their department is very open and they like to have fun, the department only has about 10 people, so they all know each other pretty well (kinda like our dept here). There are so many departments and opportunities there too, lot't of room for growth in the company. I have a really good feeling about it, so we'll see what happens! He said he would call me on Monday to give me a decision.

Hmmm, younger guy, department open and like to have fun......What did you wear to the interview? It may make a big difference in whether you close the deal or not.

Just kidding. Good luck, and hope you get it.

Pfft..You got it no question about it. Anyone who takes the time to start introductions and going into detail about how YOU will work has basicly made up their mind to hire you.
