Possible new edition to the family

So here are the two candidates, the first two are the fawn male, and the last one is a blue male...oh yeah and these are Great Danes:

The parents are nice big boned dogs, and they both have great dispositions. I will have his ears cropped first thing, anyone know of a good candidate for dane ears? I know of a guy who does an awesome job on pit bull ears, but don't know any for dane ears, any info will be helpful...

Go to a shelter and find a dog that needs a home. If you don't want a dog that is a year or two old, there are puppies available as well. Try www.petfinder.com or www.greatdanerescueinc.com. Also you can go to http://www.ginnie.com/gdlinks5.htm for a list of Great Dane rescue organizations.

Oh yeah I can afford the food bill...I probably won't need to tho, because it's not only going to be my dog, but it will be my BF's dog too....So I'll just make him buy the dog food all the time...

Please do not turn my thread into a thread about homeless dogs....I know their are homeless dogs, and I actually volunteer at A.D.O.P.T in Naperville once or twice a month, walking and excercising the dogs....I did not create this thread to get into a debate about adopting or buying a dog from a breeder...thanx

Thanks for the suggestion....I just didn't want this thread going in the wrong direction, because I know it so easily could, so I was just saying that before anything started

Put them both on there back. Pick the one that is most relaxed on his back. It's a dominance test.

Take them both, and next winter hook them up to a sled and get a nice ride.

Very cute pups. I like Great Danes, a lot. I like the brown one a little better, though.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never under estimate your opponent (mentality). Expect the unexpected (could work out in your favor). Two, take it outside(or to a table). Never start anything inside the Bar unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice.

You hater, haha. In case you want a black male or a really cute merl female, those two are still available.

Of the two you posted, however, I'd go with the blue, definitely.

The female merl isn't actually pictured in the For Sale forum post.

This is her at 3 1/2 weeks or so:
