$700 in rent in Orlando? Surely you jest.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.

How about don't move to Florida, that's good advice. Seriously, from my experience with Florida no matter where you live there is a ghetto very close by. Something about nice weather year round attracts the bums and low lifes, being homeless is a lot easier without snow.

I hope you enjoy hurricanes. I'm not joking either. My buddy lives in the Orlando and his house is still needing repair from last year's attacks. This year wasn't much better. Hurricane Wilma is headed for Florida as we speak.

I'll take cold and snow over 150mph winds and roofs flying off anyday.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

Call a rental agency down there. They may be able to help. ( At the very least they can point out the "bad areas.")

I've only been there once, and it was a while ago. I'll tell you the same thing the locals told me. Unless you're looking for "entertainment", stay away from OBT (Orange Blossom Trail). Other than that, I don't know enough of the area to give any better advice.

A few of my friends live in orlando. You aint gonna get anything decent under 1200 a month. and when you do it will have a serious roach problem. all apartments down there have roachs, they all spray once a monthfor them but its just controllingthem, not gettig rid of them. There is better parts of the country to live in.

Justthought f something, are you still in school. Disney has a college program that gives you college credit for working there, they also have housing and transportation to and from the park. its actually kinda cool thats how my friends got down there in the first place then they stayed. I went down to visit years ago while they were working there. Let me put it this way, lotsa talent was present.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!
