South Side 294 Accident

Was anyone near the south side of 294 this morning around 9:00am. There was a terrible accident. It looks like a man was hit by a Coca Cola truck. Unfortunately, I looked, and there wasn't much of him left. I will be having nightmares about that shit. They were minutes away from covering him up when I looked over on the bike and saw him, almost lost last night's dinner, I have lots of respect for law enforcement who can deal with that type of scenery.

I suppose people get use to it after a while. Nasty stuff.

How does some guy (presumably a pedestrian since it doesn't say he is a construction worker, or mention any kind of vehicle) just get hit by a Coke truck on the freaking highway??

I don't know, I hope it wasn't a suicide, but it was bad.

What I want to know is how do people accidently get hit by trains. They had to see/hear it coming. Are trains that hard to dodge?

Because they did'nt have a sign showing-- people crossing the highway

If Visiting San Diego on the major highway there was a yellow warning sign--
Entire families trying to cross.
I wish I could find that pic. insane

I wonder if the $14,000 rule will apply(if you kill a worker).
