I just got a strap wrench from Sears. If you have a place to work on it I could stop by and help you out. I'll bring the wrench. Just PM me about it.

Sweet deal. I have plenty of room. 2 car garage with no car in it. Appreciate the help. I may stop by A dealer to day a pick up the oil and filter. 5 quarts should do correct?

5qt is too much. Most you'll need is 4. If you can use synthetic I suggest getting the Amsoil from Tony. We all know our R1's shift funny and you won't be disappointed with the improvement using the Amsoil He's got filters cheap too.

Yea, I talked to Tony a few months ago about it. I dont have enough miles on her yet to goto synthetic. So Im going to go get 4 qts of Yamalube, and a filter before I head out to close on my house again.
