Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got back from the closing on the re-finance on my house. My payment went down $300/ month, I am getting roughly $2,000 back for my PMI I paid up front when I first closed, an additional $900 for something else, (I forgot what she said it was for), and another check for $750 for the $$$$ in my escrow account. Needless to say, I am a happy camper. My christmas wish list may be filled. And the best part, No more monthly PMI payments. Plus, I get to skip a month's payment.

Hmmmmmmm Dano: You got any Blue to silver fade Micron's in stock?

Sounds like its time to instate the $2000.00 member ship fee for the site.

Holy crap I forgot about paying upfront for PMI. That will be a nice surprise when I close.

Yes Brian, It will be a nice little chunk of change. Hopefully you can get rid of your monthly PMI payment too. Granted it's only $55/ month, but that's $55 per month more for goodies.

She said it takes like 30-45 days for them to send you the form to fill out, then another 30-45 days to get the refund after sending in the form. I can wait 90 days for $2,000

BTW I picked up a filter and oil. What do you use to put the old oil in?

Damn, I feel like a post whore today.
