Kill a guy... get only a year.... BS in my opinion. Sorry we'd have to ruin one person's life but we could save a lot more if we made an example and gave the driver LIFE w/o Parole... Maybe people would pay more attention. $0.02

im supriesd that wasnt one of my friend they have those sidekicks and drive around txt mesaging all day
