The fin should be on the hood

If the point of a fin on the back of a rear wheel drive car is to produce downforce so the rear wheels don't spin under acceleration, why do all the front wheel drive "tuner" cars have fins on the back?

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

In actual fwd race cars, its not there to increase downforce (it adds some which does help cornering), but to add some stability. Generally the ones you see on ricers arent even anything close to the ones that actual race cars use.

I get a kick when I see some rice burner that has a wing on it, but when you look at the profile of it the front edge is higher than the back. I guess none of the people have taken a physics class.
